   There are 2 types of dates:
   

   Tentative dates

   Events that are still in the bid stage & the production company has not received a deposit from the client.
   Dates need to be confirmed once new overlapping confirmed dates are requested from other production companies.
   

   Confirmed dates

   The production company has received a deposit from the client, and show details have been set. A 10% cancellation fee applies if canceled.
